Default Where to place cabat when going through x-ray machine
Where do you put your cabat when you go through the x-ray machine at the airports? Some of these machines are very dirty.

The ladies on the H forum put birkins into Longchamp's Le Pilage, but I think this is too small to fit a medium cabat.

You can carry your dust bag, folded, in your Cabat, then take the dust bag out when needed for the x-ray machine.

That's right.
And that's how I store my Cabat whilst on the plane.
Ie., once I am comfortably seated, my Cabat goes into it's sleeping (dust) bag and snooze underneath the seat, throughout the whole journey.

i just put it in the bin to go through security. the medium fits perfectly- no problem. i don't keep my things loose in the bag and bring a messenger for touring. when i am seated i put it under the seat in front of me.
no worries- it is the perfect bag.

I have a LePilage bag. That is where I put my Cabat on the last plane trip.

Using the sleeper is a neat idea! I used Le Pilage like bag for mine the first time I went through security, but found it a bit cumbersome, so just put it in a bin (or maybe directly on a conveyer) on the way back.
