Default what year and name of this BV bag?
This morning I ordered this bag from BlueFly [15% off]. This will be the third BV. I like its color [walnut], shoulder strap , and style. I hurt my elbow from last winter's shopping trip [alone]....carried one handbag and several shopping bags on my left elbow. Now I want bags that are lite, preferrable with a shoulder strap. BV is my new found lover.

Anyhow. I wonder what year is it and any style name ? From BlueFly's description : a flap bag. Appreciate anyone can help.

I don't think it has a name... lots of BVs are nameless or just called descriptive names. I think the style came from FW 2007, as I believe it came in Ferro (grey) as well as the Noce (walnut) you got and also Moro (dark brown) that I know of - and Ferro was originally a FW 2007 colour (although it has come back this current season). Not sure if that was the only season for the style or if it made each season. I love the style, name or not - as it is a great size and can be both carried by hand or on the shoulder. And Noce is my favourite BV brown!

Congratulations! And have we seen your other two BVs?!

Thanks for sharing the info. I did not see it in the BV style ref. What really draw me into this bag is its size and the flap [I'm a bit lazy pulling the zipper with my balenciaga bags]. I purchased the medium black veneta [this one made me really appreciated how wonderful BV bag is] and a dark brown wallet [I had abandoned wallets for a few years since I had chameleon ...purse organizer ...again for the 'weight issue']. The medium veneta bag seems a little tight for winter use if I am adding sunglass [you know how bulky the hard case is] and gloves. So a large one is in my future plan.
