Default The Bond Bag???
Hi, I would like to pick your brains about the Bond bag, please and thank-you.

When did this come out?
Was grey with gold the only color?
Do you like it, hate it?
Does anyone here have a Bond bag?
Was this a series of bags or just one model?
What was the price?

my eternal gratitude awaits!

I am liking this one! Sorry I don't know much about it, except that I recall there was a knot clutch with the same metal serpent (snake) hardware and that was about 2 to 3 years back..... they may be from the same season.

This bag is really gorgeous....

I'm really thinking about this one. I'll post it in the authentication thread soon.

jburgh- hi ,the coloring of the bag being gray and the gold hardware are familiar to me and upon looking in the Fall '06 BV catalogue, there is a similar style bag , it is a little smaller with a top frame and it is called (#60) PEPE INTRECCIATO DUSTED SUEDE BAG 165156 V0HH0 USD3950..I have seen this bag ( I am referring to) in IRL last year and it is very pretty..This dusted suede was also done in makeup cases and a knot bag..The gold serpent design is also done in a cuff bracelet as well and similar patterns on other items throughout the season...The hardware on the straps of the bag is reminiscent of the hardware that I have on my cornely tote, which is also from that season. I would find out if this bag is suede even though some people would describe it as leather..Maybe the seller will give you the #s so you can call a BV SA to help identify it..It is possible that this is a limited edition item and was not mass marketed like many of their other pieces..I live in Boston; there are numerous places to purchase BV, and I have never seen it..I also go to NYC a lot and have not seen it there either..As far as a reference to a BOND bag, maybe it is named after the store on BOND STREET, LONDON as they have named the SLOANE after SLOANE ST..Just a thought.. IT S VERY PRETTY..BTW ,the karung palermo bag you purchased is featured in the catalog from that season as well
