Tho' I have neither, I've tried both on in the boutique and for my 5'2" (I look shorter as I'm small boned), the Pyramid looks way better for my height and frame.
However, both are gorgeous and I must agree - It's hard to make a decision between these 2!

Besides the size/zip aspect, think about the hardware too.....
I like the New Pyramid for the brass hardware. I would first choose the color I like, and then compare the New Pyramid against the Sloane. IMO different colors can actually look nicer in one style against the other. For example, if I were to purchase a bag in Ferro, I would chose New Pyramid against the Sloane as the brass hardware shows off the beautiful color a little more, but both are still gorgeous. |

Hi there, I remember someone saying on another thread, I think it's BV sightings, that she saw a light beige sloane. Any idea what colour that might be?

The pyramid is gorgeous! I was at the Singapore BV boutique and the pyramids were laid out on the table in all the available colors - nero, ebano, noce, dark navy (they called it (mid)Night over here) and marmo - as someone was deciding on which one to buy.
![]() It was so enticing to see them all in a row. A couple of bags were slouchier than others which were taken from the storeroom. Too bad there is no ferro pyramid in Singapore. They didn't order it. I love ferro! ![]() |
