The same thing has happend to me where I have been dying to get something but when I open the box I am underwhelmed. You are doing the right thing to return it. At that price you need to open the box and be saying "yes, yes, yes!!!"

The one thing we all know is there is always another bag!

That is the beauty of being able to return the bag - full price or sale - and the danger of buying on sale where there is no return. I love both your veneta (one of my favorite bags to wear!) and your structured bag. You wear them well. You are very lucky to have a BV boutique nearby to visit and check out the bags before you buy. Take full advantage of this. Since you are covered on the browns with ebano and rame... how about nero, ferro, or matita???... because there will always be the next BV!!!

^^^ as usual, ITA with Baggiana.... at least you know, and you can move on to the next thing. you look so in love with your beautiful rame, you should feel the same about the next one.... no need to rush it, plenty of BVs to come!

Hate to be the one to say it but that Frame Bag is one hard act to follow! The bag is so beautiful and different for BV that most others will pale in comparison. Enjoy the beauties you have for now and continue your search for the perfect BV tote, you will find her!

Agree w/ others, if you're not loving it return it. I ADORE your frame bag, but also have the ferro roma and love that too.

So sorry to hear of your disappointment with the roma after losing all that sleep. Good thing you can return it and yes ITA that at BV prices you should definitely feel the love. No point hanging on to it otherwise.

Love your frame bag and your veneta. Those were great buys! Enjoy those and good luck on your hunt for that perfect work tote. I'm sure you'll find it someday.

mouseptrolix, sorry that you don't feel the love for the bag, it looks gorgeous though. I don't have a Roma yet, but more and more I'm drawn to this style. But I second all the others here, you're totally right in returning it if you don't love it. Hope that you will find a new love very soon!

The good news is that now you have 1) your sleep back; 2) cash to buy another BV beauty, and 3) you don't have to rush selling your other bags to finance Roma. There is always a silver lining...
