Can anybody read the rakuten website to see if they ship to the US or other countries?

I asked that a while ago and I think I was told that no, they do not ship overseas. But hopefully someone can confirm for sure for you.

Ok I just tried to see if I could at least find the cart.....I have no clue what it says...But they have such great colors and styles.

Can't you try to use the google translator???
Or something like Babelfish (from Yahoo)??
Perhaps it will work...

Rakuten has tons of different stores and in many cases items are already sold though.
