I will post pics as soon as i get my coin purse, my friend took the only one left in the store and they'll send another one for me.

I was shocked to be in a BV store, so i didnt pay attention to the collections. There were some lovely brambley (or whathever that beautiful berry colour is called) venetas, a red and black cabas that reminded me of the NY one, and some anemone items...

I loved loved loved the knots... The solid silver one was around 4000 euros and totally worth that money...

No go on the black patent Veneta SO. There isn't any patent available. Not surprised at all, I knew it was a long shot. Never hurts to try.

Now I have to look up Loewe, haven't even heard of it. Or maybe I should just skip it, to try to keep wallet healthy. :)

I am not new to TPF but definitely new to the BV forum. BV is my all time favorite brand but since I can't *really* afford the ones that I want I try to stay out of this forum. Well, I've caved!

I purchased two BV bags in the last few days and I am so excited to start my collection. I bought a "Base Ball" Cervo Hobo in Black- which I adore! And then this:

You are welcome... Loewe was founded in Spain at the end of the 19th century... Their napa leather is amazing, the softest i have experienced so far... It is pricey but more affordable than BV, Chanel and Hermes. They've hired a new designer to turn Loewe into an edgier luxury brand...

Hi littlerock, and welcome! You just jumped right in there now, hehe. I really cannot see the color code well. Your red bag looks like Crimson, but could be Uluru with a change in lighting/photography. When you get the bag, please PM any of the authenticators or myself with the tag number and we can find the color name.

Yup, I finally decided to take the plunge. I have always loved BV bags more than any other brand. The yummy leathers, to-die-for colors, bohemian yet elegant shapes and lastly the minimal hardware are all what draw me to BV.

I tried to stick to the mid-range bags because I can afford more of them and have more to play with but I've decided that I need to quench my longing thirst for a BV collection. It will be slow growing but I am so excited to start!

BV bags are the BEST!!

Welcome to the BV forum, littlerock!

Thanks everyone for the get well wishes. I've been sick as a dog for the past 4 days...fever of 102-103F most of the time. The DH is a great caretaker, but he's getting sick now that I'm on the mend. I'm not such a good caretaker, unfortunately for him.

I also have a TON of work to get done for school in the next few days. Wish me luck!
