Oh well, I have bee extremely excited and have been updating my 1st reveal thread here about he arrival of my ms. Red...

Unfortunately, like Baggiana, there will be no reveal for me after all.

As most of you gals/guys here know I have set my heart on a Large Eclipse Veneta. The ladies here are extremely kind and sweet enough to be on the look for this particular bag, <<shout out to Isabel,Nard and all the rest who had my back for this hunt>>.

I thought my search was finally over when this sweet SA Bryan form BV HAwaii managed to locate the Eclipse for me, to make it sweeter, it was brand new, and the last one! It finally put my heart and mind at ease because I know it was going to be mine...turns out it would not be the case.

I even thought of placing an SO for the Veneta because I loved it so much and have been wanting it for the looongest time, I have come to my senses that the mark up was just too much for a bag that could still be available elsewhere.

So here I was, patiently waiting for the bag, weeks, a month has passed ( the warehouse where my bag was coming from in Italy was apparently closed for an entire month for their holiday).

One day, Anthony from woodbury BV emailed me regarding the Eclipse, I've sent numerous emails regarding the availability of the bag to different stores, well he told me there was one coming in for a customer from their warehouse. I swear my heart skipped a beat upon hearing this, I just knew deep down it could be the same bag Bryan was supposed to get for me from Italy.

So let me just share this email:

Dear Jackie,

I'm so sorry - I have some unfortunate news.

I received "your bag" yesterday only to find out that Italy had sent the wrong color (they sent color 6503/uluru, instead of 6305/eclipse). They got the numbers mixed up. When I contacted the person in charge, they had told me our systems showed 1 x 6305 available, but it was an inventory discrepancy.

The bag that Anthony was supposed to receive in Woodbury, was in fact, the same bag that I was to receive for you - they accidently allocated the same bag to 2 different stores. The end result is that the bag was never available to begin with.

I do apologize for this mishap. I know you had your heart set on this bag, in this color. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do - I've exhausted all my resources (including BV Corp. in NY and the Factory in Italy) and the Large Eclipse Veneta is completely sold out (via BV).

Jackie, your Eclipse Veneta is out there somewhere! Bags show up on ebay when you least expect it. Nard got one, believe it, there are others, just have to wait and be prepared to pounce on it when it shows up.

Oh I I am just so sad about this, had my hopes up that ms. red is coming home with me soon

Thank you...I don't get usually upset over a bag but this was the red bag I am looking for for quite sometime....

to ya'll for listening to me yet again... I was hoping to do a 'happy' reveal for my now gone Eclipse, I guess it was not meant to be.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I know how disappointed you are : (
I actually feel very guilty to have the large crimson while you had to go through this.
I know how lucky I was to find the bag and to be able to get it through the help of "my sweetest bag angel".

But I do believe it will show up on eBAY just like LT said!
Don't give up on it.

If crimson red is the Queen, Cobalt is definitely the King.
