It's called the Crochet Raffia. No longer produced by BV, but I have heard that for a large surcharge, they will special order one. Original retail was $2250, but I don't know how many years ago. A couple times I've seen them on eBay. (I doubt if this detailed a style would be faked, but who knows?)

It was discontinued, not sure the name. You may be able to special order from the NYC boutique.
