My armatura veneta
I received it today, together with the oceano business card case I got on sale.
 The first picture was taken without flash, the second with flash.

 WOW. It looks like the Ossidato, without the buffing to make it look "worn". GORGEOUS!!! Modeling shots please!!!

I actually prefer it to Ossidato, close up. I'm not sure when I'll find the time to do a modelling shot; somebody here who also ordered an armatura veneta at the same time (in the large size) might post one up before I do

What would you describe the color as? It almost reminds me of gunmetal in the pics?

It's a difficult colour to describe. If it were an eyeshadow, I'd say it was a metallic taupe - it has that mix of brown and grey. But I've yet to see it in natural light.

this color is so unusual! it looks fantastic, please post action shots. they look totally different, darker than the shots from the store. i thought this was a purplish color. wow!
