Thank you all. I feel so lucky to have found this bag, I just love the colour soooo much. I think its safe to say that this will be the first of many to come.

Ahh, the elusive violet veneta..don't think the US received that style in that color for the spring/summer season, alhtough one seems to have popped up on Saks.com for fall...

I heard from the BV stores over here in Hong Kong that they are also having the Violet Veneta in for fall but I always thought this violet is for S/S 2012. So maybe, my bag is from the fall collection, I am not sure. Lol.

Violet is such a great purple. I have a Violet bag from SS12, and it has brought much pleasure and compliments. Congratulations on your first BV!
