Default It's barking up my tree!
BG's site shows a new veneta in bark. On my monitor is looks lighter than ebano and darker than ash. Has anyone seen this color IRL?

I was curious about that too - Saks has the same bag and actually calls it ASH available for pre-order (and F&F discount!) but it looks a lot darker than the Ash we've seen so far. I know Saks colors are always computer generated and horrible.

Okay, apparently I am blind this morning because I can't find it on either the Barneys site or the Saks site...

Is there a rule that the stores can't use the real BV color name?
Seems like sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

It's on Saks but you have to see "other colors" under the white Maxi Veneta pic

I wish I could morph my limo Sloane and ebano Veneta into an Ash Maxi Veneta! That would be the perfect color combo & size for me

Ding, ding, ding! You just hit upon a pet peeve of mine. Why can't they just give it the proper style name and color name? Heaven forbid, it just may increase online sales if someone searched and it actually popped up correctly. I think they really botch up the Jimmy Choo bags the most.
