Hi Again,

My kids are 4 & 10. They're best friend's too. Very cute.

As for cooking - I enjoy preparing simple/healthy recipes that taste GREAT but are lowfat. I find that way of cooking to be quite challenging and fun. My favorite recipe would probably contain 5 ingredients or less yet taste gourmet. I know it's a tall order. Yes? Maybe we can all swap favorite recipes as the holiday's draw closer.

As for reading. Hm.... I'm in a book club but have been MIA for awhile. Just a bit too tired at night to read these days with all the kids activities. My next book I want to read is Water for Elephant's. And right now I"m reading The Shack.

lovebags2, Water for Elephants was one of my favorites. I stayed with The Shack till the end but didn't love it. I'm anxious to hear your thoughts.

Lovebags2 - I enjoy cooking Southern food and New Orelans French and Cajun, definitely not what you would call lowfat. lol

And I am trying to learn to prepare some authentic Mexican dishes.

I love my mystery novels and legal and political thrillers. I also enjoy historical biographies.

Your cooking sounds yummy! I'd love to hear more especially about your mexican dishes.

My hubby enjoys reading all the types of books you just mentioned.

Okay, once I"m done I'll give you my mini-review. But, it might not be for awhile. In the evening after a day with the kids it seems lately watching my favorite TV shows with hubby has been winning instead of a good book. I wish there was more time in the day!
