MAltygirl!! Hi from a fellow Texan! I grew up in Houston, but am in San Antonio now. I come form a long line of Texans and my DH will never live anywhere else. Would love to have a place to summer in a milder climate, though.

Sunscreen is a must here! I don't leave home without it. haha

Hi kroquet!

I'm so thrilled to have found a few other Texas girls here!! I have actually lived in a few other states for work, but always make my way back home to Texas! And you're 100% right about sunscreen being a must here ... we'd just burn up without it, wouldn't we?!

My parents have a condo in Beaver Creek, CO, and I absolutely LOVE it there, but I honestly don't think I could ever actually leave Texas permanently ... it's definitely home! In a perfect world I'd love to be able to float back and forth between the Vail Valley and Texas, particularly Austin ... that's where I hope to end up sometime in the near future!

San Antonio is such a fantastic place, too ... my brother and sis-in-law live in Corpus, so we make our way through San Antonio on a regular basis! Nothing quite like the Riverwalk!

Maltygirl - Austin is a great city! Such a great vibe! My DH was born in Austin and we lived there before getting transferred down south.

I love Colorado, too and how nice to have a condo to stay at. I really need to win the lottery. lol

You pup is adorable!!!

Kroquet -

Awe, thanks! She is an absolute doll ... I don't know what I'd do without her!

I know exactly what you mean about Austin ... it's the best! I lived there for around a year for work and have wanted to move back ever since! How lucky you are to have lived in 2 of the coolest cities in Texas!

Well, if I'm ever gonna be lucky enough to have my own place in CO, I'm gonna need to win the lottery too! I'm just super blessed to have great parents who are generous enough to share their condo with us so we can enjoy such a beautiful place a few times a year!

It's great to hear from a former Dallasite! Where in the Dallas area did you live? I grew up in Rockwall, and moved back to Dallas after college ... it's a great town, full of good food and more importantly GREAT SHOPPING!!!
Jack Bauer is the man. DH knows that his only competition is Jack.

I hope Olivia and Peter never get together because the tension is so great now!

We actually lived in Coppell and I commuted to Dallas for work. I loved that area!

I am actually happy that I had moved from Dallas before my handbag addiction set in. That area is so dangerous because you can get anything your little heart desires.

Ahhhh, Jack Bauer!!! He is competition for ANY man!!! And I totally agree with you regarding the FANTASTIC tension between Olivia and Peter! It definitely keeps me coming back week after week!

I love Coppell, too! I have not personally lived in that part of town, but one of my very close friends lives there, and I think it's one of the best parts of town!

I know EXACTLY what you mean about living in Dallas with a handbag addiction ... it is NOT a good thing!!! Especially when you can just swing by the BV Boutique in North Park any time your little ole heart desires!!! DANGEROUS, DANGEROUS, DANGEROUS!!!

Hi Ladies,
I'd like to introduce myself and say a fast "hi" this morning.

I"m a SAHM and love every minute of it (I have an MA in PSY). I have a gorgeous boy and girl. I"m happily married to a wonderful man that while totally supports my handbag obsession I don't think will ever fully understand just WHY I need SO many bags. But, that's okay. He's a guy!

Other designer's that I've tried: Louis, Coach, YSL, Belen Echandia, Michael Kors, and the list goes on. Have I ever found that perfect handbag? No Way!

I'm dying to find that one hobo that I want to wear all the time and will keep in my collection for years. I"m also craving a handbag that will garnish compliments everywhere I go. Unfortunately, with most of my bags especially the more expensive ones I've rarely received any compliment's. I hope BV will change that for me. LOL

My favorite hobbies include spending time with my family on the weekends, day trips, travel, reading, walking and cooking.

Favorite Shows include 24, Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice and House. I also enjoy Dr. Oz very much!

I'm in the process of buying my first BV handbag and wallet. Very excited and happy to be in this forum with all the friendly member's here.

Welcome to the BV forum!! I love Criminal Minds, one of my favorite shows. I have a huge crush on one of the characters.
BV is a great brand that you will surely love.
Love to read and cook, too! How old are your children, if you don't mind saying?

Hi lovebags2!

If you're looking for the perfect hobo, you need not look any further than BV.

What kind of reading do you enjoy? I admit, I do love a good book.
