NicAddict - Congrats on your new "baby"... or should I say 3 new babies.

I love scuba diving! You should come to Asia someday... lots of great dive sites here.

Thank you ssc0619!!

I am glad I am here as well. I love this place and am spending more and more time here (I know this is dangerous, I have this real weak streak in me that if I see something nice I have got to have it.. and there are always so many nice things shown here...)

Well hello Longchamp!!

I am amazed you've been to every state!! Thirty-two countries is impressive too. I used to travel internationally for my job and I thought I was well traveled, but I've only been to 24 countries outside the US.

^^ Since never could get pregnant, and no children, have always traveled a lot. For sometime, I regretted not adopting, but as I get older have accepted the cards I was dealt.

Well traveling to every state started w/ my parents growing up, then moved to nearby countries..canada/south america/caribbean/western Europe. Then the rest I did w/ my husband/ friends/ on my own.

My avatar is a pix from the Ice Hotel in Sweden. The chandelier is made of Ice.

Yes, wasn't sure if I should have mentioned my Dad's father and the zipper, not meant to be show offy and hope it didn't come across that way. But very proud of how hard he worked. He spent most of his adult life perfecting and patenting the zipper. Originally used on boots/shoes then during war time then clothes.

cool!!! hi there! I'm from the Philippines, so how'd you like scuba diving here? BTW, TDL is also from here but now resides in Malaysia if I'm not mistaken....

DH and I are planning to go scuba and get our licenses when DD's a bit older. I'm psyched about this, I used to be a beach bum before getting married and giving birth, somehow I lost interest when I got prego, I miss the beaches, and would really want DD to have the same enthusiasm and passion for beaches. Have you been to Palawan or Boracay?

I like colder travel and places--weird I know.

Some of my top pix are... Alaska--been to the Iditarod 6 times, 5 as volunteer.

Yellowstone wolf viewing in winter.

Finnish Lapland w/ Sampo Arctic Icebreaker

Russia in the winter---very cold on the Baltic sea--colder than I expected.

Polar bear viewing Churchill Manitoba.

Love Paris, go there about once a year--have to keep up my Goyard wallet fixation. But outside of Paris and the rest of the country is the real beauty of France.

Croatia

Now our travel is associated w/ an event--eg the Olympics. Have been to two and may go to Vancouver, not sure yet.

Loved Asia--esp the food, those of you from Asia are so lucky w/ all that good food all the time--Must be why I loved Thailand so much, and the beaches.

Wow! I have not been to anywhere that snows, the coldest I've been is Hong Kong during winter, around 10c. Would love to venture to Alaska, Finland etc

I seem to keep going to places that has lots of sun, been to Turkey and England, but both during summer...

Yes yes and yes about Asian food... I am indeed lucky to be here in Asia and can sample all sorts of different food.
