I tried this a few days ago and did something idiotic with my keyboard just before posting, thereby losing the entire thing. Better luck this time, I hope.

Age: 49, turning 50 in late October. Not sure what I want to do to commemorate the occasion!
Gender: Female
Resides: Buffalo, NY (not too far from Niagara Falls)
Hometown: Born in NYC, grew up in Pittsburgh, PA
Occupation: 2nd Grade Teacher at a private school
Favorite brands: I'm not a clothes horse, but I am a bag whore. I love my LV's and my MJ's and my newest love, Bottega Veneta!
Clothing: Not so much into clothing. Chico's and Talbot's pretty much take care of my wardrobe.
Hobbies: I used to knit, but since I started teaching, I just haven't had the time/desire/discipline. I love to read. And, I'm addicted to tpf!
Favorite drinks: Medium Iced Mocha Latte Light from Dunkin' Donuts, Venti Iced Skinny Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks (a splurge!,) and I love a good Long Island Iced Tea or a fruity martini.
Favorite food: Salads, pastas, breads, cheeses, nuts, tunafish, bagels, Thai food, Indian food, pizza, dark chocolate, caramel, and potato chips. Just no red meat!
Favorite TV shows: Big Love, Weeds, In Treatment, Real Time with Bill Maher, and Countdown with Keith Olbermann
Odd things about me: I work out really hard, but I eat more than I should, so I am much too big for my 5'4" frame. I have naturally curly, but prematurely gray (colored brown) hair. And neither of those things are odd. I don't know what's odd about me!
Things that scare me: My kids driving. The diseases of aging. Losing the ones I love.
Current obsessions: Bottega Veneta! Shopping online. Facebook.
Can I add a category?
Family: Married 26 years, 3 kids (high school & college age) and two adorable, but really loud, Shelties!

Beth- I've got a sheltie too! Aren't they one of the prettiest breeds?

Mine's quiet as anything though...all she ever really does is sort of chuff and so far everyone who owns a sheltie has told me that they are noisy dogs...

Heh-heh... I almost wrote Eileen Fisher, too. But, yes, only when I can get it on sale (or evilbay!) I actually just bought a pair of black lightweight EF trousers at, believe it or not, Marshall's the other day. They need to be hemmed, but they seemed to fit nicely. Comfortably.

True Confessions? I haven't even watched the season finale of Big Love yet, 'cause I don't want the feeling of "It's over and now I have to wait until next February (or whenever it is) for the next episode." Is that pathetic?

well, I am a young doctor, nothing to be impressed by . being a doctor in Spain is not as glamurous ( or well paid) as in US.

I started to see the mentalist like two months ago, and I totally love the character! also into eleventh hour, but less. Yesterday watched true blood first episode ( lots of american series around rigth now here) and kind of liked it.

Hello all BV lovers.
For the last couple months, I just couldn't stop to fall in love with this amazing brand - BV!
So I decide to introduce myself to all BV friends.
Wish all of us can enjoy to own more and more BV items!!

Age: 32

Gender:

Resides: Fremont (in Bay Area, CA, USA - close to Silicon Valley)

Occupation/ Industry: Full-time mom

Favorite brand: For bags - BV, Chanel, LV, Tod's
For clothings - I buy anything that fits me! No particular brands...

Hobbies: Watching movies, going out with my family, travelling to different places, and checking tPF!

Favorite drink: Water, wine, and fresh juice (especially apple and orange juice)

Favorite food: My own cooking, Dim Sum, Japanese food, and tomato-based spaghetti (yummy yummy)

Favorite TV show: America's got talent

Odd things about me: 1) I talk nonsense (baby language?) with my baby boy - it's kind of funny to listen to myself when I talk to my son. He just turned one and he likes to talk (starting from he was 4 months old). He is a adorable kid and I love him very much! 2) I usually do my "bag shopping" behind my DH - Since my DH is NOT that type of person who gets me surprises, I like to do my own bag shopping without telling him. He pays the bill and I enjoy my new bags (of course a surprise to me will always be welcome!).

Things that scare me: My family members get sick, car accident, no money to buy more bags (especially Bottega Veneta)!!

Current obsessions: Geeting more BV items if possible . Shopping online. Trying very hard to lose weight from having my baby boy!!

Please say hi to me if you see me on tPF!
