We were talking about that wonderful Armatura Veneta that was made especially for the opening of the Ginza boutique in 2007.
Do you think BV would do something for us? Perhaps we could all get a bag or wallet or something, that is special for the tPF people. Something for the guys and something for the girls. Heaven knows we represent a big segment of their business, lol! Is it crazy of me to think this way? It could be a mass special order type of thing. Tell me what you think??? |

Wait, for a minute I saw two threads with the same exact title..., and wasn't it armatura pyramid we were talking about...?
In any case, what a wild idea!! I don't even know where to start.

Absolutely! What a fantastic idea! And wouldn't it be great if we ran into each other on travel or something and just knew "Hey, you're from tpf!"?

So what would you want? Would the men be interested in something, too? If we have a unisex pouch, that fits inside a bag, then we won't see it out in the open. If we get a bag, then the men won't be included. I'm thinking way to much about this. Perhaps we need some input from Bryan before we get any hopes up.
oooooo - I just had a flashback to that purple ottone

Great idea. If we picked a unisex wallet, the men could be included, but you are right, we would not see it. This sounds like a good challenge for Bryan.

Wow! - what a great idea!... but how could you select something that would please so many people?
I would love to see the pleated veneta (since it may only be a one-time issue) in some color unique to tPF, but not everyone likes this bag, and not everyone wants to spend this kind of $$$. I am sure that there are better heads out there than mine, but just a thought: Maybe we could select a special/unique color, and order something (from a list of offerings) in that color/leather, etc. In that way, the guys could be easily included. OK, taxed my brain enough for one day... I will wait to see how this shakes out. |

I think it's fine if it's a small accessory. The odds of running into another TPFer are astronomical anyway, and I don't put bag charms on my BVs...
