I finally felt well enough yesterday to be able to get out of the house. So, DH and I decided to go to South Coast Plaza because I needed to pick up my ready-to-wear order from Louis Vuitton.

Fortunately, Doloresmia and Irishgal were going to SCP as well, so we were able to meet these lovely ladies

I got to visit my favorite SA at Bottega, and I looked at a number of bags (went back to the store several times...lol).

I finally made a decision on what I liked, and I decided to buy myself a little birthday present...

I fell in love with this color, I also fell in love with the Roma bag. I think I like it right now more than a Cabat. I like the fact that it is a bit more structured and that is has hardware (like my Birkins).

Roma in Elephant - love the purple undertones in this color!

I really had quite a dilemma with the Roma - I also loved it in another color as well! We took both bags out and looked at them in the sunlight, and I just could not make up my mind as to which color I loved more. I loved both colors equally for different reasons. So, I ended up getting both...lol

Of course this bag had me from the very first time I saw it... I really was not sure though if I wanted the karung in truffle though. I think the grape suits me better though

I also discovered something interesting yesterday as I was getting dressed... Bottega's Lilac in the San Marco almost matches Hermes's Griolet color!

The bag and my bracelet looked like they were made for each other

When you shop, you don't mess around! Fabulous finds for your collection of exquisite bags. I've always loved the Roma but haven't bought one yet. The Elephant Roma is so pretty, and Ferro is one of my favorite colors ever.

That Grape Karung bag is such a special style. I know you will wear it beautifully.

I really like the Roma a lot! I tried on the Cabats, but I was drawn more to the Roma. I like the structure of Hermes bags, so I think that is why I liked the structure of the Roma more than the Cabat.

I am still dying to see the truffle karung! I'm sure it was a good thing that they did not have the bag in stock yesterday or I would have been in a lot more trouble! lol!

Congrats on your beautiful purchases! I love the Roma in Elephant as well. I couldn't keep my eyes off of it either when I was in the Bev Hills store a few weeks ago. Congrats again!
