I'm eyeing a large Veneta @ BlueFly.com. The color is mauve. What color would you compare it to? I really can't tell from my computer monitor as it looks muted. I think my preference would be the old Petro (grape, purple) but this looks like a unique shade. I looked in the reference section and it didn't look like lilac.

Hope you can help before it flies out! TIA!

When it's meant to be it will be. I just don't like the hassle of buying and returning oh well....

Nah! My heart just wasn't into it. (The color) My first BV will probably be a black one and I have to come to terms with the financial aspect. I love the Sloane, Pyramid and Veneta. Then again, what is there not to love? They are gorgeous bags beyond compare. Trust me, when I finally do buy the bag, I will be screaming from the roof top in appreciation. Until then it's admiration! Thanks everyone!
