I have 12 hours to decide whether I should keep the Frame bag or New ball bag... I am torn!!
I already have an Intagli Veneta and this second bag isn't supposed to happen. Well, I wasn't going to buy anything..but ended up buying more. so much for my ban. So now I am deciding between the Frame bag, New ball, and nero mini capri. The frame bag is very elegant and chic while New ball's shape is similar to Veneta. The three bags are very different and I like them all.. BUT cant keep them all. Help? TIA! |

what is your style? more classic or casual? if classic, frame might work better, if casual i would go for the new ball. personally i am more casual and therefore i would choose new ball. however, color matters too. what are your choices?

Both Frame and New Ball are ebano. Mini Capri would be Nero. So it comes down to the style of the bag. I really like them both. I don't have any bag that looks similar to the Frame bag, so it would be a good addition to my bag collection. On the other hand, I am more casual so I don't really know how the Frame bag would fit. I like the New ball but then I feel like it's too similar to the Veneta... so I feel like I don't need two of the similar item (at least not yet). Hence the nero mini capri.... sigh! Intagli Veneta is my very first BV so whichever I pick would be my second. What's a good second bag? |

If you already have the intagli, then you already have ebano... why get another ebano? So I would chose the nero bag, if the size and shape of the mini capri is right for you.

If it's merely for collection, then the Frame would fill a "gap" in the collection, no? But I hate to buy lovely bags that stay forever in the wardrobe, so you've got to think whether you would take it out at all. Mini capri is completely different dilemma since it's look and size is very different... but it seems to be not as important, am I right?

haven't decided yet actually. but about to decide within the next two hours. You are completely right about everything. I can't afford a BV at full price (at least not yet). So in a way, it's b/c of the sale. I actually really like the new ball, but ended up keeping the veneta as my very first BV. I put nero mini capri into consideration b/c I don't have a bag that size. Most of my bags are medium sized (like the frame bag). So it would be a good addtion. But then again, I could be just making excuses for myself to have them. The frame bag is completely different and very classic. Most of my bags actually falls into the classics category. I appreciate everyone's response and welcome any last min one. TIA! |

I liked the frame bag because it was structured and a little more unique, however the ball bag is larger and probably more versatile. Like the others said, it depends what you already have or what fills a gap in your wardrobe.

On the other hand if you really love them both and it's a toss up then you might get the more expensive one at half and take advantage of the price difference if there is one. Just sayin'
it's a thought.

I personally LOVE the new ball. I think the open top makes the bag more youthful and I love the piping that gives it some structure.
Did you decide? |

I ended up deciding to keep the frame bag. I went to look at it again today and I just couldn't give it up. It's soo beauuuuuutiful. And it was just calling my name. sigh. Now I have to wait for the package. I can't wait to use it!
Thanks everyone for their advice! |
