Default First Veneta
Please help me choose the color of my first Veneta!!!!
It is such a classic bag that I cannot resist having one.
Is it heavy?
I would love to have a purple handbag or some kind of blue.Help

It's very light--there is almost no hardware and the nappa leather is lightweight but strong.

The current seasonal colors include a purple (Turbolence)and blue (Baltic). Check the color reference section here to get an idea of what they look like. Also on the BV website look at the bags in the shopping section or the catalog section and click on the pages to see the different colors.

You will love the Veneta--the classic hobo and it's so comfy to wear.

Angel, have you spent any time looking at these?

Bichon Lover just did fantastic sexy reveal of her turbolence (purple) pleated veneta and her tiger veneta.... My First BV's are Fraternal not Identical Twins!!

Hirakupanda also posted the same question and like you is choosing between baltic or turbolence.
BV newie needs help! Can't make up my mind!!!

Good luck with your decision! Let us know how it goes....

The veneta is my favorite BV style. It's so comfortable to carry you don't even realize it's on your shoulder. The purple (turbolence) is a great fall/winter color. Let us know what you decide.

The veneta is such a BV classic and no it's not heavy at all, IMO. And the leather smells oh-so-good. Have fun on your first purchase and please do post some pics!

My wallet is in turbolence and I love the color. I'm sure your bag will be gorgeous in that color.
