lululala, you could bring your ostrich bag to one of the local BV stores (It works for me in HK), ask them to add some wax on the zipper part... it would make the zip slide smoother.

Your bag and all the others are TDF! Congrats

Wow you are definitely the "copper lady", congrats. My matita belly bag zipper loosened up quickly...I also got the matita card case and think its a great color.
