How did you ever get the large in crimson-you are so lucky!!!!!!!!! I agree the pics make crimson look bright instead of the true muted red it truly is-A year round red-so happy that you got one!!!!!!!!

How did I ever get it? Well... a friendly tpf'er, bless her heart!, posted somewhere on the BV sale threads that if anyone wanted, they could pm her for information on how to reach her NM SA. I did, and then I called the SA and told her I was looking for a Large Crimson Veneta. After the first round of searching, the SA called me back and said that although there were about 5 of them still listed in NM inventory she hadn't been able to track a single one of them down. But, a few hours later, she called me again to say that one of the stores had called her back and it seems as though they had one that they were holding one for another customer, but the customer had decided against purchasing it and so, if I wanted it () I could buy it!
Graduation was great (okay a few of the speeches were really annoying... from grown-ups, not from any of the graduates.) And, no, I haven't carried her yet. Waiting 'til a little later in the season, I think. If it would ever stop raining, I'll be wanting to take out my WHITE BV first!
And LVLux, that tendonitis sounds like a real Take care of yourself! (Maybe type with one finger?)

Surprise Update... Don't know exactly why, but I decided this morning to unpack this lovely and begin carrying her and guess what? I opened up a little paper BV envelope and found a matching crimson MIRROR! I didn't know this bag came with a mirror! It was like getting a little present. Anyway, I thought I'd wait until after Labor Day, but I need to take my 16-yo DD shopping today, and that requires a shoulder bag and so, I decided to, as Nike says "Just Do It!"

Beth--glad you're getting to use your beautiful bag!

Where have you been? I don't think I've seen you around much lately--or is that just me?

Thanks for asking! I have been away from the threads for a bit. TWO of my kids recently moved out -- one to college for the first time, one who was out before & then returned. The packing and then cleaning & reorganizing has been time-consuming (and emotional.)

Glad to see you back a bit! I have dd who is a senior and we've been visiting colleges. The reality is setting in that she'll be gone in a year! YIKES!
