Default Commissions for SAs
Over at the Hermès board, there regularly are discussions over what the commissions are for SAs. The general feeling/knowledge is that for Bikrin and Kelly bags, there are no individual commissions but rather store commissions which then get shared out. On all other items, the sales commissions are for the SA who manages the sale.

Does anyone know how this works at BV ?

The reason I am asking is that "my" BV store in Zurich is only 2 1/2 hrs drive away. (there is one close, in Geneva but the Zurich store is where I bought my Cabat).

If commissions are paid to the SAs managing the sale, I would probably want to call in advance to make sure "my" SA is there before I make a day trip out of it as I would hate for her to miss out on any commission.

Anyone in the know ?

In the US, individual sales go to the SA. However, our PF SO was considered a corporate order and went to the store.

They do, at least in the US. I think it is 4% for the SA, plus the hourly wage. I had a friend who worked at BV.

Should have replied earlier but actually I was hoping on a lot more responses

Thank you both. I will just make sure she is there before I plan to go in the future.

(No Ethel, there is no enabling to be done here, it is just a statement of intent for the future, not an imminent occurrence )

I would ask your SA. I'm sure she/he would appreciate your looking out for their $$$.
