Can anyone help identify this style & color
It's on a consignment site so I have no idea what year it might be from. Would greatly appreciate it if anyone has a clue!

It's a vintage bag, maybe not one of the oldest styles. It would help if they had a clear pic of the metal name plate.
I don't think they named their older bags or colors. It looks like a taupe which was used for a lot of bags. Do you mind saying how much they are asking? |

Here's a picture of the tag:
They are asking $512 for the bag. Is that reasonable? The condition looks good in the photos. The straps don't show darkening and the piping (which usually takes the beating) looks great. |

Hi adoptastry, I have a vintage BV that I've been searching for info on. I think it's the same bag as the one you're showing! Is it made of woven hemp/rope/straw?
