Hi, I went down and there isn't any Grape New Pyramid bag? The only New Pyramid this season is the dark truffle. Which SA told you that? Did you see it for yourself?

Awww..... I thought when I said boutique it will automatically means Paragon.. sorry you have missed this chance. No worries there is always tomorrow to come down right

I am not sure about the buy book .... tho I did see the pyramid and did tried it on and did told the SA that it was too small and with zipper, not to my liking, if it is a Sloane, I will be in trouble.

Do check out the elephant Sloane when you are there, it's a beauty too. Lucky I am on a ban and my heart is set on a Ferro Sloane.... for the time being

Yes lilac is really pretty, but a bit too light for maintenance

I just assumed that they carried the same stocks. They always did.

I saw the elephant sloane today. It's not bad. But I don't think the sloane bag is right for me.

I found lilac to be not that light at all! It's darker than Old Petra. I really could not find any fault with this colour except that it did not come in the style of bags that I'd have like....well.....except for the cabat! I love the lilac cabat. SIGH.....

I totally agree! The word "lilac" makes me think of a a light colored purple. I bought the lilac campana and was totally amazed how much depth there is to the color. It it not dark like a brown or black, but I would not call it a light color at all. And the thing that surprised me is that it really seems to be very neutral. I took it to DC with me last week and I wore all kinds of colors with it -- black, orange, brown, pink, gray, red. And it looked good with everything!!

Hey, there's only Dark Truffle. I guess they told you Grape as in the generic colour.

Really?? Oh my, I think the SA in Singapore needs more training...... what if I used their reference and sell the bag in future and I'll be in trouble. Total misrepresentation.

Oh well, I am not buying them in Singapore any way without any discount.

Hey thanks for pointing it out and sorry that I have misled you.

That's what bothers me just a smidge about some of the SAs in Singapore. They are not sure about the colours that are available and get all confused when we go in and rattle off the colours to them. Remember when they said there was never any colour named 'Ottone'???

Other than that, most of them are lovely to deal with though.

Oh, I finally got to look and play with the Reflet Cabat. I LOVED it!!! It was gorgeous!!! If only I did not have the copper ostrich and a few other bags that function where this one would, I would snatch it up in a minute! Truthfully, if you have this one, then all you need is something black, something like lighter like Luce, and of course, my SO karung. The medium cabat is definitely the right size for me, and I love the way that the sides fold in... in fact I love everything about it - except that I have so many other bags that cover the same color range. I know for certain that I do want a cabat, now.

From a distance the color is cooler and more neutral than the copper ostrich, and the other browns I have (ebano, noce, tea) - more in the ash family with respect to warm/neutral/cool when viewed from a distance with a pink under-tone. The color variegation on each and every piece of leather is divine! It is metallic, but I do not read that from a distance (maybe 5' from the mirror), with more of a soft glow/reflection when compared to the copper ostrich.

Though I did return it, I am still longing for it... if only I did not have those other bags! Too bad that you cannot trade in bags, the way you do cars!

Baggiana, I am so glad that you got to experience the reflet cabat in person. Now I can not wait for your perfect cabat you will get in the coming future, in what colour will it be, and in which leather?

Baggiana - The Reflect is beautiful! Like you, the color didn't work for me either. But you have to try, right?
