Thanks! Looks like my Fall bag is in the bag. Totally perfect! I'm so excited about the Matita Cabat!

oooooh dear, I'm loving the idea of both the Matita & Reflect cabats. But the Matita does look like a shinier Ferro, no?

That is a stunner! It looks a bit like old petra to me, it'd be nice if they'd bring this colour back for fall.

mlbags - I merged this with the FW09 thread. I too like this look. There is another bag pictured in post #46 that is also in the same group:

It looks like all the little squares are sewn on. I heard that the fabrication will change when the bag is made for production - in that the little squares will be a woven in pattern, rather than the attached origami look. We will have to see when the season's bags come into the boutiques. I like it the way it is, but that does make the bag way more delicate.

I agree - the colour definitely has some of the "dark side" of Old Petra to it... can't wait to see the fall palette IRL!

Oh yes, silly me, of course this would not be out in the streets yet!

Still, if any of you should see this, please alert and share
Thanks for the responses everyone.

Ladies, Bryan will send me pix when he gets some, but for your bag financial planning purposes.... there are 3 Cabats for FW09.

1. LILAC - available in Mini & Medium, same pricing.
2. REFLECT - only Medium, $5950 usd.
3. PIED DE POULE - available in Medium & Large, $5200 & $6200 usd.

I have no idea what the pied de poule is - i feel like it means foot of a chicken? not very elegant right? hahahaa.

^^ "pied de poule" might be referring to a houndstooth pattern. That would be an interesting idea for a Cabat!
