alisonanna, I really enjoy reading about detailed descriptions of the collection. Thanks for sharing! and thanks also for your effort to post pics as well.

And piperlu, thanks for the pics!! I think I saw most of them at the NYC except for the Reflect, which I do not want to miss! I'm also looking forward to the bags in Grape and Truffle!

I am a weaver. My favorite pattern to weave is houndstooth. I also love to weave plaids and have several Tartan pattern books. Although this bag is not houndstooth, it is speaking to me:

alisonanna and piperlu--thanks for all the photos and info on Fall collection. I'm still waiting for the Truffle Veneta to arrive; thought it would be here today, but no luck.

I love that bag jburgh! I prefer the houndstooth, but it looks like it is printed instead of woven, which is definitely prettier.

What are the thoughts about the Vittelino line? I am liking the Whiskey and can't wait to see the Truffle. The price point is great on these, too. The wonderful SA in AC sent me some gorgeous pics of some of the new line.

It is speaking to me, too! I guess that I will be saving...

I do have a question, though. Alisonanna post listed the "Pied de Poule is an elegant printed leather featuring a combination of Nero and Mineral (ecru). There are 4 silhouettes to this series, including a Cabat!" The design on the Cabat lookes woven to me, rather than printed.... is is woven or printed???

^^ As far as I've seen and been told, only Cabat is woven, and others are printed (in different sizes of pattern). You've got to see this Cabat, really beautiful.

Default pied de pule cabat
The Cabat is woven in nero/mineral but they are still calling it Pied de Poule
The Pied de Poule bags: the Fettuce are printed then woven
The amount of work that goes into these bags is astonishing!!!
To line up this serigraph is so labor intensive.
If you have the occasion to visit a bv you should ask to see the Pied de Poule line
You will be amazed
Just when I think they can't surprise me anymore
SURPRISE!!!!!!

Maybe, this year a cabat will have my name on it, Mid. I will have to forsake all other purchases. Now which one???

Yes, Baggiana, there are so many fantastic colours and leathers for Cabat, but I think, well, I know the one with your name on it will come to you ever so unexpectedly but in a perfect timing.
