jane- nice collection u got there! classic bottega.

bellezee- love ur ottone chevre cabat! that was my second choice. i chose the limo because it's easier to coordinate w/ a guy's wardrobe. but i love the metallic color of your bag.

Hi, after seeing all of your beautiful bags, I'm anxious to share my collection. I have to take pictures tonight to post but for now, here's the list:

In my current collection:
Dark brown (can't remember the name) Sloane bag
Black medium Veneta
Black zip around wallet (large)
Small butterfly makeup bag
Ebano Julie bag
Black Ruched Jardin top handle bag (featured in the purse blog!)

I think that's it. Now, for the scary part....

BV Bags I've sold over the last couple years:
Ebano Ball bag (seriously)
Black large Veneta
Black Luna bag
Ebano braided keychain
Black Campana (pebbled leather)

Some of those I regret getting rid of, but there's always a new one that I love....

I forgot to mention the most important one that I had (and then sold)...the jennifer aniston raffia bag. authentic. I bought it off of another purse hound (in london) and carried it for a while and then thought it was too small for me so I sold it. that was ONE that I made money on! Also one that I kind of regret selling....ahhhhh....!

Thanks - I did sell it. I am kind of kicking myself, but like I said, I always find another that I like! I bought the brown Julie and the Sloane this year. It was like 11" by 11" or so - not that big and I was worried I would destroy the raffia weave which would have killed me. It was beautiful. I took it to the BV store to show it off and even the SAs there were loving it. I know the girl who bought it adores it so that makes me feel good! And she got it for less than BV charges (they will remake it on special order). I'll try to post some pictures of my collection later tonight.

chitowncat, you are so right, you will always find another bag that you love. (so many gorgeous bags)
if the bag isnt quite right for you, there is no point in keeping hold of it, no matter how gorgeous it is. seling it frees up the funds for more purchases!!!!
