i bought my large magnolia veneta in Milan and i believe it was 1180 euros? The price was the same in Venice. You get about 10-ish% back when you leave Italy. I'm not sure about the other bags. HTH!

European designer goods used to be cheaper here in Europe, but since our currency is going sky-high, it might not pay off getting a certain item. It actually really depends on what you`re looking for!

The bags were definitely cheaper in Rome than they were (and are) here in Canada - by nearly 40% in some cases. Seriously. Our dollar is at par with the US dollar, but I don't know how the euro prices are against the US dollar at the moment.

Welcome to tPF, meenie!
G'luck on your shopping trip to Rome! Anything you get will remind you of good times. ![]() Am secretly hoping that a Cabat will catch your eye, and you will get one, so that I can have more Cabat eye candy

I am going to Rome next month and thought about buying my BV there. However, I got a great deal on BlueFly on my dream bag, plus I hada 15% off coupon... so I took that option. Plus, I didn't want to bother with the VAT refund thing, etc.
