Hi ladies,
I'm seeking your valuable opinions again. Would you use this BV tote for spring and summer? It's discounted to $625 right now, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. Any thoughts are appreciated!! Description: - Color: White / Tan - Smooth canvas exterior with leather trim and brushed goldtone hardware - Open top - 19'' dual leather straps with chain link buckles and studs along front - 6'' drop, fits over shoulder - Unlined - Measures 19'' at widest x 13'' tall at center x 8'' deep; weighs 3 lbs. |

I would probably not pay 625 for canvas.

It's a good spring/summer tote, but IMO it's overpriced for what it is.

No, that is too plain for me. You can pick up a plain tote anywhere for $25, and spend the remaining 600 on something just fabulous...doesn't matter to me who made it, I really don't like it lol. Sorry!

Honestly, yes, I think it's very blah. Regardless of price. 25$ wasted are still wasted.

I am forever a Bottega fan, but this bag is nothing special. i have never bought a canvas Bottega. And really, is there ever a right time for canvas?

i guess i have the lone different opinion.
i think it is overpriced but i have seen it irl and i love it. i wanted it in moutart (sp?) but i am waiting it out hoping it will go lower. i think it is too expensive but i love it. it looks so fresh in the white and bv may be able to clean it at the end of the season if it is really dirty. the straps are really nice and you can sort of fool around with them to increase the drop. i think is also comes in oceano which is really nice also. i love it. |

I agree with most of the other posters - if you want a tote, and you want BV, save up a bit more and get something nicer in leather....

I think the sardegna tote in Limo is absolutely gorgeous. It's lightweight and holds a lot too. This Bianco (white) color may be harder to maintain.

In another color, it would catch my eye. I'd want a discount, tho. Knowing how much of a stain magnet I am, I'd never get such a light color.
