Default Bottega for travel?
I travel a lot because of job and I was wondering if any Bottega owners have a luggage piece. I have a LV pegase in monogram and have been using it for quite some time but I am now looking for a new one. I was going to get a trolley in LV graphite damier, but after seeing the Chanel cocoon collection I think I'm heading towards Chanel... Before I head to the boutique, I wanted to know if anyone on this forum knows anything about Bottega's travel pieces. Help would be greatly appreciated!

p.s Plus, if my SO gets aproved, the two would be a fantastic duo for traveling.

I don't have any BV luggage but have lusted over the croc pieces in particular - although the fact they cost more than the GDP of many small countries has quelled the temptation somewhat!

Yeah I looked online for the luggage pieces but didn't really fall in love with any of them since they looked like a regular leather luggage bags. I was surprised that they didn't have their cross signatures for their luggage pieces. This mean I am going to Chanel for my cocoon luggage...

I have a large tote to use as an overnight/carry on bag. I would be worried that a suitcase would get trashed.

It is the large handpainted giraffe tote with caiman trim from F/W 2008. It has side turnlocks like the Montaigne. The size is 20" wide x 16" high. I need to take a picture of it, once I get my camera software sorted out.

they do have pegase type trolley with the signature intrecciato weave. at one point, even BlueFly has it!

i think there are two sizes. i just saw a new larger size in HK Elements store. i also know that they have another that is for cabin luggage. both comes in the classic black or brown weave.
