Default Any owners with both the large capri and cabat?
I am thinking of either the large capri or another cabat (medium) as my next bag as they are about the same size and shape.
The large capri doesnt seem to be very popular and I wonder why? Any one with both that can comment on how they compare?

I have both, and like them for different reasons. Mainly the closure w/ the capri. The small capri is too small for me, like large bags. I would get the capri. What color is your cabat?

Thanks for your reply My cabat is ottone in mini size.

What is the colour and material of your cabat? The capri has some hardware (lock) and other things on the handle, does that make it heavy? Which one do you think is heavier to carry? You recomended the capri, may I know why? Do you have pics? Would love if you could show them side by side

I only own a large Capri and not a Cabat, but I hope you do not mind my thoughts, especially re the "heavyweight" concern of the Capri. The Capri is not heavy at all. I am very thin and cannot carry bags with too much weight to them. I have held the medium Cabat on several occasions and walked around the BV store. While the bag is definitely divine and can give you two looks with the closed in side option, it is heavier than the Capri. Also, the Capri handles are adjustable. I, too, have noticed that the Capri is not as popular (maybe this is just that the Cabat gets more press with movie stars), but it looks fab with my jeans, professional suits, and even works with some evening wear. I think your decision must hinge on what purpose you want the bag to accomplish, and how you want it to fit into your wardrobe/lifestyle.

Hi Victoria C, Thanks for your comments! You're most welcome to voice them. Now I am really thinking of a capri!

Spendalot, after just noticing your stellar BV collection and following your comments on the discomfort of the large Campana (sorry, sometimes I am a little fashionably late to the party), I am now even more so inclined to suggest the large Capri. You have the gorgious open-top Ottone mini Cabat already. I would enhance the existing collection with a center closure Capri. If you are still hesitant about the how the Capri carries or whether it has the right aesthetic, order it from a place like Net-a-Porter where you can return for a full refund. They have a red one. Even if red is not the color choice, the purpose would be to check it out. If the Capri does not send you swooning, there may be a medium Cabat calling your name. Anyway, all of this is IMHO.

I have several medium cabats and one large cabat, and I had a large Capri, but I sold it on ebay because it just wasn't easy like the cabats. I've gotten used to just throwing my little bags (I keep my things organized in BV cosmetic bags) into the cabat, and that didn't work with the Capri. Hope this helps!

It's pretty. However, I can't decide what colours I like on a capri. Wondering what colours it will come in this season
