Default Another time, another lilac
What is old, is new again... I did not want to post this under Megs thread for the special BV, but I thought that you might like to see a vintage lilac bag. It is not a large bag - 18" at the top, 11" wide at the bottom and 9" tall. It lies flat, and most probably has less room than a medium veneta. It closes with a magnetic snap, is lined in black leather, and has one zipper pocket. By all the markers, it was probably produced in the 70's but is in fantastic condition. I use it in place of a clutch, since I do like larger clutches. I have only used it for spring and summer, but now, with this among the new FW colors, I will wear it during the winter.

What a cool trapezoidal shape, Baggiana. I am really attracted to geometric shapes.

Baggiana, wow! Did you have to restore or make extra care and storage measures to maintain the bag for so long? It looks good and in superb mint condition. Any tips would be great!

Beautiful color! Reminds me of Old Peltra. And yes, it is timeless.

What a great bag! Thirty years later and it is just as stylish as it was when they made it!

It looks like it is almost exactly the same color as the campana.
