Hello!
Been away from TPF because of work but now I am back and ready to reward myself with a BV. :) Just need some opinions on the Montaigne. Do you ladies think nero or ebano is better? And also, I wanted to see the interior of the bag. Does anyone have some shots? Lastly, I am headed to HK next week and will buy it there. Its currently USD 2300 there. I guess that is a fair price to pay? I am not even sure HK BV has it in Ebano or Nero. I had to call London to hunt for the 6 cc billfold in ebano for DH. It seems all the BVs in Asia only had Nero. We got it from Sloane BV in the end. Thank God. DH was fixated on ebano to match the bracelet and keyring. I have made a monster out of him. ![]() TIA for all your help! |

Booker Moose is the Montaigne Queen. She can tell you anything you want to know about them.
I don't have one but if I were to buy one, I think I'd prefer Nero over Ebano in this style. Come back more often! |

I bought a Ebano wallet for my dad in HK last year. Saw lot of Ebano but not sure if they had the Montaigne. The price in HK and US is the same. You don't have to pay sales tax in HK.
