Authentic. Plenty of good pictures of the right type... and a good description covering all possible issues, and correctly naming the color.

I should mention the feedback, which appears to be the result of low sales volume and one negative where the buyer claims that she received a counterfeit bag. No other buyers indicate that this is a problem, and it is unfortunate that we cannot see the listing because too much time has passed... and we do not know the dispostion of the claim. If it were me, I would contact the seller and ask for clarification. (something like, "your bag looks authentic and the rest of your buyers very satisfied, with the exception of one. Because this is a lot of money, could you please explain?"

Does anyone know this seller?

I have not purchased from this seller but I have watched a number of her auctions. I've contacted her with questions. She is very nice and quite knowledgeable about Bottega. I have never questioned the authenticity of her bags. I remember when someone left that negative FB that I thought she should try to get the negative removed -- so I must have believed it was authentic.
