I am really confused why would she sell me a bag that was advertised by another seller at Malleries ?

Should I be getting the cheaper price considering that she actually sent me the bag advertised at a lower price even though both bags may be identical except for the serial code ?

I was just wondering what is this style called and does this bag comes with a leather tag like this? I posted in the identify thread but no response, and the tag has to do with authenticity, so I think I might just post it here. TIA

Definitely yes, in my opinion. I can't imagine how they defend this. I'm not familiar with this site, so I have no idea what recourse you have. If you have requested the advertised price for the bag you received, did they refuse to refund the difference? Maybe there is something I'm not understanding, but it certainly sounds wrong. Keep us updated on what happens. You have a genuine bag, but the price is the issue.

Hi! Sorry about not getting into the ID this BV thread very often. The hardware looks genuine. In the unlined BV's we often see a tag with the stamped font like this one. If this is in your possession, can you post photos of the white authenticity tag (both sides)? I'll see if I can find this bag in my old catalogs in the meantime.

I haven't been able to find this exact bag, but it resembles bags that were made for the 2006, 2007 collections. The catalogs don't include every style so the absence of this particular one doesn't mean anything.

Hopefully someone will remember the style name and other details for you.

boxermom here are the additional pics of the white tag inside the pocket -
the bag is lined w/ suede leather just like other BV bags. I noticed usually the BV logo is stamped on the leather directly instead of having a leather tag.
But I guess it might be that the interior does not have the smooth leather lining on top like the others.
