I guess I am careless with my bags. In a restaurant I placed my Veneta on the floor near my chair. My 96 year old mom dripped salad dressing on the bag. It happened last year and the stain has faded somewhat. Is there anything else I can do?

Hi bikedogs. What colour is your veneta? Does the stain somewhat bother you still? then you could consult with BV, or maybe send it to LMB (http://www.lovinmybags.com/)? I've heard lots of happy ending stories with LMB.

I got a little something oily on my bag and rubbed on some Apple Leather Conditioner and it disappeared a little, although not completely gone

I don't think you can remove any oil from leather. If the stain if obvious, you may apply similar oil to the whole bag to disguise the stain.

If you go to Luvin My Bags website, under the Tips and Tricks tab they discuss how to use cornstarch to remove oil. I hope you can get it out.
