Oh, no, I'm so sorry to hear this.

I haven't worn mine yet and have been thinking of letting it go.

I've been wearing mine pretty much everyday with no issues.
I'm sorry, doloresmia, hopefully it can be fixed.

I will take a picture when i get back to Santa Monica. I think it is fixable with glue - the wrap around area is coming unraveled.

A friend of mine had something similar happen to her cell phone lanyard, and it was fixed with no problems. fingers are crossed for your bracelet!

That's too bad and very surprising. I have the woven lanyards for keys (in at least 4 colors!) and they are used, rubbed against, pulled, etc.--basically abused--and I've had no problems whatsoever.

It was a SO, but surely the BV store will help you with this.

Here are the pictures. As you can see, this will be easily fixed with glue, but a bit of a bummer that it happened.

doloresmia, did you get yours fixed? Mine just started unraveling as well, in the same place. Fortunately I think I will be going to the boutique soon anyway, so hopefully they will be able to repair it.

Just wanted to update that I brought my bracelet to the boutique in NYC and they fixed it free of charge and shipped it back to me (I'm not in NYC often). It took about two weeks.

Thank you! If I were less of a wuss, or if I hadn't been about to go to NYC anyway when it started unraveling, I would probably have just glued it...but I figured I was going to be at the boutique anyway and if it was free, or close, I might as well have someone do it who wouldn't get glue all over it, which is probably what I'd do.
