I asked yesterday and they told me to send it right in and they would see what they can do.
BV definitely has amazing customer service - efficient and helpful. I love dealing with Nicole Rao (in Atlantic City).

I don't mind the wait if it can be refurbished. It's a good excuse to look around for a "back up wallet"

It's back! I think it looks really good.
The blue is a little different, but I like it, it's now more like the cobalt (which I showed with my new thongs). I guess it was dyed, so the texture is a little changed, but still nice.
The corners look better, not brand new, but not split anymore. Overall I'm really happy with it.

hi all,

sorry to hijack this thread but im in a similar situation.

i just received a BRAND NEW exact same wallet in noce and I noticed that a good part of the zipper of the coin compartment has RUSTED (the gold colour has come off to reveal a dark, dirty brown colour) and the zipper is not smooth at all.

im devastated! its a sale item and i dont think it can be replaced.

advice??

Sorry to hear that this happened! If it were me, I'd probably just ask for a refund due to the damage. If you mean to keep it because you love the noce, I'd contact the store and see what your options are. They may be able to source another one from another location outside of your geographic zone. Barring that, they might be able to replace the zipper. I don't have any experience with this, but I know that the BV boutiques from which I've purchased in the US have been accommodating when they learn that a defective product was sent to me. Good luck.
