and it hasn't even shipped yet!

I've wanted a Botkier for a long time now, and have been kicking myself for not buying a Bryant back during the online sample sale. I really love the elephant and horn charm, and love botkier bags, but this one was definitely an impulse buy because it was on the designer handbag at bloomie's sale online today. Also, I don't even know it if comes with a charm at all!!

Can someone please make me feel better? I know I can always return it, but what are your thoughts on the Nomad (small satchel in black)???

I got the Botkier Nomad in Bronze on a whim as well, but it really is a gorgeous bag because it is so uniquely-shaped. It's light, and I like how you'll see next to nobody with the same bag or something as different as yours. I had a bit of remorse when I first received it as well, but it truly is a gem of Botkier's. =)

I also have it in bronze but Botkiers black leather seems to me, to be the most luxurious. I also get TONS of compliments on this one!

I love my Bronze small Nomad. It's just so unique. I don't think you will regret it. It's one of the best bags Botkier put out in my weird opinion.

Thank you so much! you are all awesome. Your messages make me totally want to keep this bag, and I haven't even seen it IRL yet! Now I'm afraid what it will do to my bank account. Oh no!

Do you think these bags are long term keepers? (I don't sell on ebay so basically anything I buy becomes a 'long term keeper'.)

Most def! I don't let slick marketing campaigns dictate what I wear so I'll carry mine forever! I can't wait to se it in black!

Do Nomads come with a charm??? I have 2 (brown and black) and they are not with charms. Bryant came with charms.

The one I received from Bloomingdales did not come with a charm! I ended up returning it because I didn't like the exposed zipper detail after all when I got it in person. Otherwise, seemed like a great bag.
