I just purchased my first botkier bag, the medium sasha duffle in silver and I absolutely it! I've been carrying it all week, but today I wore it with my dark denim jeans and now the back of my gorgeous silver bag is blue, please tell me there is something I can do to fix this.

I just had this problem and solved it very easily. Basically, I wore my Gucci canvas bag while in Italy and my new indigo jeans...the jeans left ink on the back of the messanger style bag. I used (out of desperation) TIDE TO GO ... I dabbed it on the blue spots and blotted and rubbed multiple times (used about 2 tubes) until the color came out. I would try this....but do a test spot first to see how it dries/discolors,etc.
Good luck!!

Thanks for the advice ladies, I think I'll call botkier to see what they suggest since it's a metallic leather I don't want to take any chances of really ruining it. I may just see if I can exchange it for a new one and consider this a lesson learned.

Jean dye transfer is a common complaint. I don't know what to suggest since the bag is metallic. I agree with calling Botkier. You can also check out this site - Lovin' My Bags. I heard great things about them here in the forum. They also offer cleaning services! Good luck! Please keep us posted.

Maybe baby wipes could help? Magic Eraser might work as well. Coach (and other bag companies) make a leather cleaner and moisturizer that work really well also.

Be Careful! I've read that metallic leathers are very sensitive. There was chat about this on the MJ forum....

The same thing happened to my Jimmy Choo bag and I wiped it off with a leather cleaner from Wilsons.
