I have no idea how but I found this bag and gawd it was love at 1st sight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://www.shopbop.com/uma-satchel-b...m=browse-brand Its the Uma satchel and I am in love! I live in the Uk and for the life of me cannot find a UK website that stocks this bag so I am having to get it sent from the USA I guess Has anyone had bags sent overseas to the UK from ShopBop before I put my order in as it discounted right now! I reside outside of US and I have made a few purchases from ShopBop. They ship by UPS, so there's no way to escape custom duties. Out of 4 purchases from them, 3 arrived well, but they once sent me a wrong bag and tried to convince me to keep it with a discount. I refused, so I returned it, and they refunded me the return shipping by their in-store gift certificate, so at the end I had to place another order in order to use that credit. (I had originally requested a full refund, but they said they have no way to issue a refund for return shipping charge, and they also could not give me a return shipping label for international returns)
It was such a hassle that time, but at least they were really nice to process the whole thing and paid for the custom duties for the 2nd purchase.(Since I've already paid custom duties for the 1st bag that they wrongly sent.) I'd like to add that some of their customer reps are better than others. |

Thanks again for the information. I guessed the custom duties will be about £100 or less I think. It a pity that I cannot find anywhere that sells Botkier bags in the UK.

Botkier's Web site says they have accounts in the UK. It says to email them for locations: info@botkier.com I would have been real surprised if they didn't. Only thing is, they may no longer have that particular bag. Good Luck!
