Just curious about how much my Logan is going to soften up. The leather already seems to be softer and less structured than when it first arrived (and I like that), but I wonder how much it's going to soften further. I do love soft, smooshy leather! But I'm not sure if the glaze will keep it on the harder side?

Good question. I was looking at the Angie satchel, and I think it's glazed lambskin, too. I like smooshy bags, so it's a deciding factor!

I saw a burgundy Logan tote at a shop today...the leather was very soft. Much softer than the caramel Venice bag I had for a moment. Loved it!

I wonder if the Angie satchel is the same leather.
