Ok i just found some nylon botkiers on smartbargains and need an opinion. How does the nylon stevie compare with the sasha and is the hobo version better for everyday or the satchel one? And of course the most shallow question: which looks cooler??

Sorry for so many unsure questions. This is my FIRST botkier and I have never touched one before.

I think the Sasha is cooler especially when carried as a hobo. I think using it as a hobo is better for everyday. I don't have any experience with the Stevie.

Before you buy, check the Botkier.com site because the Sahsa and Stevie nylon bags are maked down there. This has been the cheapest Sasha price I have come across.

I own a black patent mini sasha, that was why I wanted something different and ordered the black nylon Stevie Satchel from Botkier.com..

I like the stevie satchel better than the hobo because in my personal opinion, it feels more edgy and can be carried by hand or with shoulder strap. I've seen its review on Purse Blog Savvy, and the burgundy one is absolutely STUNNING, but since it was sold out, I got the black one instead.

Thanks everyone for your comments and tips. I'm very excited that I am now the proud owner of a Sasha Duffle (Medium, Cocoa leather). Turns out that there is a little boutique in town that carries Botkier!!! After touching one... it really drove me mad to leave the store without it. Anyhow, it's MINE now, after a day's wait.
My very first Botkier!

Congrats on your first Botkier, eye.bag! You absolutely have to post pics!

If anyone else is still looking out for the dark brown nylon Medium Sasha, though, I think it's still available on Piperlime at a pretty decent price of $179.97! (With free shipping and free returns to boot!)

I ordered the small black nylon Sasha and it's supposed to arrive tomorrow. Can't wait!

I got my small Sasha today and it's almost too small! The inside is fine, but you can't really convert it to the hobo, the strap is too short. I really squished it and forced it and it's just too squished to be functional. You really have to wear it as a duffle.

I think the small is too small too. I much prefer the medium Sasha.

I love the nylon/satin bags but only one issue....becareful w/ the patient handels, they can crack easily. After wearing my bag for a month I nosed 5 small cracks on the handle. So please please please condition the handle before wearing it. Don't do what I did

^^ Is it the patent leather in the burgundy color you're talking about because mine is regular leather for the handle. I got my black nylon Sasha medium a month ago and I love it. The outside pocket is great for phone & car keys. It's my throw around bag that I don't have to be careful about how I treat it. My sister saw it & now she wants one. I prefer to use it as a duffle as oppose to the hobo though.
