Default Botkier Black Rose Line
Does anyone else feel that this line needs to make a comeback?
O.K. so maybe I'm just being selfish because I didn't have the good sense to get one last fall but I'm new to Botkier and they are all so cute! I love them all! Was this line very popular? I had no luck online so I guess I'll have to break down and buy them off ebay.

They are beautiful bags. I'll second your request.

I totally agree! Can you imagine these bags for Spring in a buttery yellow or pale pink?

Since apparently nobody likes this bag perhaps you would care to donate one to me!

Has anybody seen any leftover anywhere?

my coworker and I bought these bags last dec at the botkier sample sale without the rose and we love it a lot more without it! I used it all winter but I put away in the spring. I only keep it because it it black and the leather is really soft.

I had the hobo from that line, I can't remember what it was called, but it was super nice. I sold it to fund another bag...but now I kinda wish I had kept it!

Looks like you can get some decent deals on eBay right now, I just saw a satchel go for $185. Good luck!

Thanks for responding. I'm glad to hear that somebody likes this bag! I've got my eye on ebay, I'm hoping to score one real soon.

I definitely agree; the hobo is exquisite, and I love mine so, so much. The metallic plum was gorgeous as well. Here's a pic of my beloved hobo. Sorry for the poor quality!

Thanks for the photo dianay! It is beautiful! I'm hoping to get mine real soon. My sister saw some of the Black rose line at a discount store yesterday so I'm gonna call around this afternoon and see if I can find one nearby.

I absolutely love the Black Rose line. I bought a metallic plum rose when they were on sale at Botkier (no doubt they were taken from the bags sold at the sample sale octnybride went to) in hopes that they'd sell the bags on botkier.com. I still really want a Black Rose Satchel in Black or Metallic Plum. I never took the plunge because I'm worried that the metallic color will fade over time.

eBay seems to be our best bet at this point though. I'm surprised that it wasn't more popular. Heidi Klum was spotted with the Black Rose Satchel and I thought that she wore it well! Then again she could wear a paper bag well!

Have you had any luck finding a Black Rose bag yet?

No I haven't found one yet. I've been keeping an eye on ebay. I found one at a retailer online but it's still regular price. I have spent entirely too much $$$ on bags this year so I'm waiting for a bargain. Have you had any trouble out of yours? I keep seeing them on ebay with broken straps and I read on tpf that this has happened to other users who carry this bag.

I LOVED the handles for this line. Too bad that apparently ppl had problems with them. I started looking for one too late a while ago, and have just given up. :P
