Authenticate This Botkier

Ok I need some help with this Jackie satchel. It looks totally authentic to me, but then in the picture of the tag, pewter is spelled wrong (the color is pewter snake). Is that a big deal? I just don't want to accidently buy a fake because I've been there and done that, and I regret it so much! Thanks for the help, the link is below!

Counterfeit Botkiers do exist, but thankfully not as many as with some other brands.

This bag is real, but it is the hobo style, not the more commonly seen duffle.

Ultimately, after looking only at those photos on the listing, I would say it APPEARS to be real, my only concern being the circular closures that are missing from the secret compartments. Like I said, that may be a feature of an older bag that I'm not entirely familiar with. I checked the toolhaus for the seller and it appears good. No history of selling fakes, so you're probably OK. Hope that helps and doesn't just concern you further!!

Thank you for your input ladies!! I'm still so confused and don't know what to do... I still havent contacted the seller or left feedback b/c I want to be sure of the bag's authenticity before I complain that she sold me a fake... I also contacted botkier and at first they agreed to look at pictures of the listing and more pics I took of the bag, but then I contacted them again today and they said they couldn't do this... Does anyone out there own a first version trigger that could give me more input?

I think the bag looks good, but it is weird about the typo of the word "pewter." That's kind of odd. Maybe the tag is from somewhere else, like the consignment store itself?

Thats what I thought, but looking at other pictures of the bag tags, it is definetly a typo. I found the same bag for cheaper though, and the tag is spelled correctly, so fingers crossed I get it!

I realize it might not be real?! The lining is lacking the "Botkier" stitching all over it, which is my main concern. I haven't received the bag yet so I do not know about the leather's softness.
