It seems like once in a while someone gets an item that is flawed in some way (authentic bag, but maybe a problem with a handle, scuff marks, etc), but the customer service is usually really good about trying to rectify the problem. |

Hi, I don't usually hang out in the Botkier forum, but I found this Sasha Duffel and thought it would be great for travel. Do Botkier bags normally come with dustbags, this one didn't? Can you tell me if it is authentic? If more photos are needed, please let me know. TIA!

^^^I agree. Definitely authentic, but new Botkiers usually come with dustbags. Maybe it was lost?
