I totally agree! It should have a long foley/corinna type de-tachabe strap or perhaps with a detchable gold chain strap liek a longer chanel. i just got the margot in pink and i love the fact you have the handle and the long foley like strap! but i still liek the organization of a trigger more!

i have loved botkier since my very first bianca...love at first sight! then a jackie and a venice hobo....and others as well! i would love to see what's coming up for fall winter '09-'10....i have always dreamed of the perfect black satchel with SILVER hardware, amazing leather and great compartments...can't wait to see what's in store!!!

Hello Monica,

I saw a Lita Hobo the other day at Nordstrom Rack and fell in love with that style. The only problem was that it was the black nylon, and I already own a Stevie Hobo in black nylon.

I've seen other nylon colors lately - silver and rose/yellow - but no leather ones. I think I may have missed out on the leather :(. Will you be producing the Lita Hobos in the leather in the future?

I need some help. I want to sell one of my Botkier bags BUT I don't know which authenticity card belong to which bag - hope you can help - cant find some numbers in my bags which match the numbers on the cards (purpel ones). They all starts whit: 07b00...and then 5 more (on the cards)

I live in Toronto and used to be able to buy your bags at Holt Renfrew. I own the large bianca in black. I'm not sure why but they don't carry your line any more. I can't seem to find it anywhere in the city. I purchased a bag from your website but had to pay a ridiculous amount in duties which didn't make it a good buy so I can't go that route. I'm really loving the black James leather tote and am wondering if any other stores in Toronto carry your line.

We have two stores in Canada SPECCHIO SHOES. However neither of these two stores bought the bag you are looking for. You might want to try Endless.com or Zappos.com as they might have better international rates. This Fall we will be selling at The Bay department store as well.

I am also a big lover of the Lita Hobo as well as the Frankie Hobo/Satchel. I've been searching everywhere for the leather Lita Hobo but it seems all sold out now. It would be nice to have the Lita hobo in leather re-released in the future...I especially love the platinum color...

I came across a Frankie satchel in silver patent last month and was really drooling over it, but the size was just too big for my petite frame, it looked like I'm drowned by it. So if you happen to release another Frankie satchel in smaller size, I'd be the first in line to buy it!! I think these bags just look so elegant and feminine, they converted me to a Botkier fan. =)

Hi Monica, I love so many Botkier styles and would love to continue to be a loyal customer. A very upsetting thing happened - the handles of one of my Botkier bags just fell apart after very little use. I received it as a gift and have not used it more than a dozen times. I contacted Botkier Customer Service and they told me to either go and get it fixed myself or I can send it in and Botkier can fix it for a fee because the bag was purchased at a sample sale. I understand that bags are sold for a discount at sample sales, but just because items were purchased at a sample sale does not mean that bags should be of inferior quality (this was not a "sample") or that manufacturers can disclaim any warranty of fitness or merchantability.
Botkier prides itself on its quality and workmanship and I believe that Botkier should stand behind their bags regardless of how much was paid for it. I believe it is only fair that Botkier fix the handles without charge since it is obviously a quality issue (you can see from the pictures that the seams and handles are becoming undone and coming apart). I feel so strongly about this that I registered with the Purse Forum so that I could write this post. Thank you for reading!

I just purchased two bags, the Vixen Satchel in black and the the Uma in Ash. I'm wondering if I should use any sort of protectant on it to extend the life of the bag. I'm also worried the Uma may get dirty from every day use. If you could suggest a product that would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Monica, I love your Trigger bag - as a follow-up to your previous responses - have you been able to authenticate whether your bags are selling at Bjs? You intimated that they might be fakes, but I do not believe these wholesale clubs sell fakes.

On another note entirely, are you making/selling any triggers that are canvas?

I heard some auction seller in Taiwan is offering Botkier Large Sasha Duffle in Black in lambskin, a special order from Botiker, delivery in Feb, 10.... wonder if it's true?? What amazes me is the selling price is lower than the original price..( I believe the regular price for large sasha is US$695?)
