Hi Monica- Could you please tell us what leather conditioner/protectant, is best for our softest leathers

I unfortunately ruined my Chrome Yelleow Stevie convertible hobo with Apple guarde- It totally darkened it And now I am scared to even touch my jean Sasha with anything. I would love to hear of any recommendations, so that way I can start carrying her : )...thanks for your time

Hi Monica,

So glad you started this thread! I have the sasha small duffle in sapphire, and love its color and versatility. I would love to have a long strap so that I could wear it crossbody as well - do you have any recommendations for where I could find a strap that would match? Would Botkier consider selling straps that we can use on bags we already have? Thanks!

Hi Monica

I spoke w/ a customer service rep from your website who told me that the classic "Trigger" bag will be available for sale in additional colors in October 2008.

Can you confirm this? I love the Trigger so much! Thanks.

Hi Monica! It is so great to have you join us here! I had the wonderful opportunity to meet you at the Saks event in April. We discussed tPF! Since then I have purchased the mini sasha duffle in pink rose. It is by far my favorite bag!!! Like other members, I am looking for the return of more leather sashas. I would love to see the jean again and to see cherry added (with gunmetal or silver hardware). Geminiz06 started a thread on getting together a special order for Botkier. (Thanks Geminiz! ) Is this something that may be feasible? Ideally, I would LOVE to see the option of creating my own bag (like Inges Elite has). Oh, all the sashas I would get... If it is at all possible to do a special order, we would be thrilled! Thanks again for joining and taking the time to answer our questions!

Hi Monica!

I just wanted to drop a note to state how much I enjoy your beautiful bags. I'm a recent convert and I also love the shape and design of your Target brand. Do you plan to sell those designs as leather bags? I'm pretty rough with my bags and I need a more durable fabric.

Thanks!

Wow! This is an amazing!! I just wanted to say I'm the BIGGEST fan of your bags!!! I own 6 of them and check your site and others for new styles all of the time. One of my favorites is the Sasha Duffle (I own 4 of those in all 3 sizes) but am wondering if you will be bringing them back in the softer colors like Pudding, Army or Chocolate. I've been DESPERATELY seeking it in PUDDING for months. Wow! That color is gorgeous!!! I wish I could do some kind of special order for that particular bag! Thank you for starting this thread. Can't wait to read on...

Hello Monica,

I've been a big fan of your bags. My fabric (poisonous) Pink Trigger is and will be my most treasured possession.
Is there a chance that you will bring this Trigger back?

Hello,
Thanks so much for all your inquiries! The Sasha is one of our most popular styles, we are doing some really gorgeous colors in cowhide for spring like orange, purple, cocoa and many more. They will be out in January.... so keep your eye out:)
The Sasha nylon mini is not any less delicate than the large, however nylon is a little less durable than the leather.
The leather on the Roxy will soften up with use, this is normal. I suggest you weatherproof and treat your bags. Look at your care card instructions that come with each bag. I reccomend lexol and penguin, do not use an oily protectant, use a spray.
Im so glad you love the sample sales- the next one will be in the next few months- you can find out earlier than everyone else if you sign up for the mailing list at Botkier.com! We also give special discounts, first look exclusives and pre orders and other VIP offers to our Botkier fans on the mailing list.
Unfortunatley, we dont have the capabilities to make separate straps right now. The Sasha was made to convert effortlessly from a duffle into a hobo, for two distinct styles. You should check out the Stevie nylon convertobel satchel, if you want something that goes across your body, that will be available for the Spring 09 collection!
For the Gunmetal Bianca, I havent seen any in a while! Nonetheless, I will keep my eye out for you-- sometimes we get some returns!

You guys are all great and I appreciate your support! I will continue to try my best to get to you guys!
xo

Hi Monica,

I'm hoping you can help or at least point me in the right direction...
Someone in JFK baggage decided they needed my Bombay Satchel more than I did a few months ago. I'd like to replace it, but haven't been able to find it anywhere. I realize they are a few seasons out, but I love and adore THAT bag. Is there anyplace else I should look that you know of? Thanks!

PURPLE LEATHER SASHA.....*faints*...

Wakes to hug TeritaM...sorry about your bag....

TeritaM try EBay. Just be sure to get it authenticated here before you buy. Also check out the EBay forum here for advise. And last but not least, check out this thread on where to find Botkier on-line. Sometimes small stores will have older bags. Welcome to tPF and good luck!
